Terms of Service — Stepwell
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all purchases made through the online store Stepwell ("we", "us", "our"). We operate as a sole trader based in Ireland and sell magnetic acupressure insoles and related foot-comfort products internationally.

Eligibility
Products are intended for use by adults and are sold for personal, non-commercial use only. Orders must be made by, or with the consent of, an adult who is legally able to enter into a binding contract in their jurisdiction.
Products
We sell magnetic acupressure insoles and related foot-comfort products, with new designs added to our range over time. Product images are for illustrative purposes only; colours, proportions, and details may vary slightly. Sizing and material composition are approximate. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue products at any time without notice.
Disclaimer Regarding Benefit Claims: Stepwell products are designed to provide comfort, cushioning, and gentle acupressure-point stimulation during everyday wear. We do not claim or guarantee that our products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition (including, without limitation, plantar fasciitis, flat feet, diabetic neuropathy, sciatica, or any other foot, joint, or musculoskeletal condition). Stepwell products are not medical devices. If you have specific medical concerns regarding foot pain, circulation, diabetes, or any other health condition, please consult a podiatrist, physician, or other qualified healthcare professional before use.
Safety Disclaimer
Stepwell products are designed with everyday safety in mind. However, as with all footwear-related products:
- Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if you experience increased pain, irritation, or discomfort
- Individuals with pacemakers or other implanted medical devices should consult a physician before using magnetic products
- Not recommended for use by pregnant individuals without prior medical advice
- Check the product for damage, loose stitching, or wear before each use
- Always follow the fitting and care instructions on the product page

Orders and Contract Formation
Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance of your order. A legally binding contract is formed only when your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel orders if:
- The product is out of stock
- Pricing or description errors occur
- Payment cannot be processed
- Delivery is not possible
If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
Prices and Payment
All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept payment via Shopify Payments, which supports all major credit and debit cards. Payment must be completed before your order is processed and shipped.
Shipping and Delivery
Processing time: 1–3 business days (may be extended during periods of high demand). Estimated delivery time: approximately 2 weeks, depending on destination. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other external factors. Tracking information is provided for all orders.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Faulty or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at 📧 georgeadmin33@gmail.com. We will offer a replacement, repair, or a full refund. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or other legal obligations that cannot be excluded under law.
